If you love zucchini as much as I do then this is a dish for you, a constant winner with my guests and family.
Spread crumbs over a base of a well greased 25cm flan dish or pie dish (do not use a flat tin with a removable base).
Combine coarsely grated unpeeled zucchinis, chopped onion and crushed garlic and stir.
Add lightly beaten eggs, cream, cheeses and flour to the zucchini mix and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon gently over crumbs in a well greased flan dish.
Top with a sliced tomato.
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
