A sauce combining dijon mustard with sharp white wine vinegar goes great with seafood and salads.


  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

    To make the vinaigrette, place all of the ingredients in a screw topped jar and shake together until you have a nice creamy dressing. Easy.
