This makes enough marinade for four chicken legs.


  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

  • ½ tsp sweet paprika

    Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl and brush generously all over the meat, rubbing it in with your hands. Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, until you are ready to cook.
