Everyone loves this chocolate mousse, and it has to be one of the easiest desserts to make.
Melt chocolate in a bain marie or very gently in the microwave. Allow to cool and whisk in egg yolks. Add whipped egg whites and fold in. Transfer to ramekins. You can either eat imemdiately or refridgerate until needed.
Decorate with a few fresh raspberries.
