Grilled prawns marinated in spices and olive oil make a perfect addition to any barbeque.
Wash and peel the prawns, removing the black lines which run down the back. Blend together all the other ingredients in a liquidizer, adding enough olive oil to create a smooth paste, and add the prawns. Leave for approximately 2-4 hours before cooking.
Barbecue the prawns over a moderate heat for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on their size.
