Delicious beef and coriander lamb patties are served with melted feta and served on a bed of char-grilled vegetables.
Mix the minced beef, garlic, coriander and bread crumbs together in a bowl, then shape into meat patties. Over a medium heat fry the burgers in a little olive oil until cooked.
In a preheated oven (180c) roast the pepper and butternut squash with sage and garlic until soft. When soft char-grill the roasted pepper and squash with the aubergine for a few minutes.
Melt the feta onto of the burger pattie under a hot grill or by using a culinary blowtorch.
Serve the burger on the bed of char-grilled vegetables.
