Heat the oil. Add onions and garlic and sweat, do not colour.
Add chopped cooked sausages. Add the tomatoes and reduce.
Add lentils and season. Pour into ovenproof dish. Cover with breadcrumbs. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 200c until golden brown, and serve.
