Smoked Mussel and Chorizo Salad

Serve this spicy tapas-style starter with lots of crusty bread and full-bodied wine!


  • Dash olive oil

  • 2 chorizo sausages, diced

  • ½ red onion, sliced

  • ¼ red pepper, sliced

  • ½ clove garlic, sliced

  • 50g new potatoes, cooked and sliced

  • 1 tin smoked mussels

  • Salt and pepper, to season

  • 2 tbsp chopped flat parsley

  • Few sprigs frisee

  • Green salad to serve
