This fragrant Asian-style beef noodle soup is comfort in a bowl and takes less than ten minutes to make.
Pour the water and Marmite into a pot and bring to the boil. Meanwhile heat the oil in a wok. Add the shallots, ginger and garlic and stir fry for a minute. Add the beef and seal.
Add the noodles to the water and rapidly boil then add the beef and vegetables. Season.
Finish with the soy sauce, sugar and chopped coriander.
