Wash oranges and boil whole (with skin) for two hours. Allow to cool. Cut open and remove pips.
Preheat oven at 190. Butter and flour your baking tin.
Blend oranges with remaining ingredients and pour batter into the baking tin.
Cook for one hour. Test with skewer in centre, if it comes away clean then it is ready.
