  • 100 g whole Almonds

  • 100 g pumpkin seeds

  • 100 g sunflower seeds

  • 100 g walnuts

  • 100 g Hazelnuts

  • 100 g Linseeds


  • 1.

    Place all nuts and seeds in a bowl and combine thoroughly.

  • 2.

    Eat alone or add honey and yoghurt.

  • 3.

    Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Should last a couple of weeks.

  • 4.

    Optional: Add natural yoghurt and/or honey.
