Preheat oven to 230°c/450°f/Gas mark 8.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl excluding the cheese and herbs and bring together with your hand.
Tip the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and slowly knead together for 5 mins.
Add the herbs and cheese and shape into a ball. Place on a lined baking tray and bake in a pre heated at 230°c/450°f/Gas mark 8 for 15mins then drop the oven to 200°c/400°f/ Gas mark 6 and continue baking for 30 mins. Cool on a wire.
