A lightning quick meal that can be cooked and eaten in less than 10 minutes!


  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • Juice 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • Ice burg lettuce, finely sliced

  • 2 small round pitta breads


  • 1.

    Pan-fry the sliced chicken for 1 min.

  • 2.

    Mix the peanut butter, the soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a bowl, and add to the chicken.

  • 3.

    Fill the pitta breads with the marinated chicken and the iceberg lettuce and serve.
