Be adventurous and give your baby a taste of tropical fruit. This is a very quick recipe as there's no cooking involved. Use really ripe fruit to ensure the best flavour and nutritional value.


  • 1 mango

  • 1 paw-paw or papaya

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 2 tbsp/30ml coconut milk


  • 1.

    Peel all the fruit. Cut the paw-paw in half and scoop out the seeds. Cut the fruit into small pieces.

  • 2.

    Place all the ingredients into a food processor or use a hand-held blender, whiz, and then pass through a sieve to remove the kiwi seeds. Divide the pure into portions, then serve or freeze.
