  • 2 cups whole rolled oats

  • 0.5 cup shredded Coconut

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 2 cups Natural Yoghurt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 tablespoon Honey or to taste

  • 1 cup Dried fruit or prunes


  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate over night.

  • 2.

    Serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.


Optional Extras: Nuts & Soy Products.
