You cannot go wrong with this nutritious banana and honey smoothie. For extra goodness add some wheat germ, flaxseed oil or cinnamon before blending.


  • Banana

  • 1 frozen Banana

  • 1 tablespoon Yoghurt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • Honey to taste


  • Banana:

    Blend in blender

  • 2.

    For Berry Smotthie: As above substituting banana for berries

  • 3.

    Options: Use soy products instead of dairy.

  • 4.

    Also Optional: wheatgerm, flaxseed oil, LSA, cinnamon can be added before blending,.
