Salmon with radicchio and fennel salad


  • 1 small salmon fillet

  • ½ fennel

  • ½ radicchio

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1.

    Slice the salmon thinly, and then place on a plate.

  • 2.

    To make the salad, shred the fennel (on a mandolin) and slice the radicchio.

  • 3.

    Mix together the honey, lemon mustard and oil.

  • 4.

    Place the salmon under a grill for 1 minute. Place the salad on top and drizzle with the dressing.
