Strips of smoked salmon and prawns are presented with a zingy lime chilli mayonnaise.


  • 200ml/7floz mayonnaise

  • rind and juice of half a lime

  • 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce

  • 250g/8oz organic smoked salmon

  • 16 medium cooked prawns

  • 2 limes


  • 1.

    Mix mayonnaise with lime rind and juice and the sweet chilli sauce.

  • 2.

    Divide between 8 tiny glass bowls or saucers.

  • 3.

    Top with strips of smoked salmon and the prawns and serve with lime wedges.
