Serve these balls of bacon wrapped stuffing as a side dish next to the turkey or roast potatoes.

Roll the stuffing into 8 small balls and flatten slightly.
Top each with an apricot and wrap in the bacon.
Poke a rosemary sprig under the bacon and top with a cranberry.
Bake along side the turkey or roast potatoes for 30 minutes.
