Good for using up odd ends of cake and a fun recipe for kids.
Melt the chocolate and cream together over a bain marie - a bowl resting on a pan of gently bubbling water.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cake, cranberries and orange zest. Work it well together to break down some of the texture.
Roll the mixture into 2-3 cm balls and pop in the fridge to allow to set.
Coat with melted dark chocolate and pipe over some melted white chocolate.
