• 300g fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 4 tbsp Fruisana sugar (or granulated sugar)

  • 750ml water (300ml iced)

  • Juice of a lemon

    In a food processor add the strawberries, sugar and 150ml of the water and blitz to make a puree, then strain through a fine sieve. Next place the mixture into a muslin cloth and hang it over a bowl allowing the liquid to slowly drip through. When all the liquid has dripped through, pour 300ml of water into the muslin and allow this to drip through. Mix in the lemon juice and dilute with 300ml of iced water. Pour into a bottle and it’s ready to drink.
