Sugar Snap Pea Salad

A delicious side to any dish.


  • 800 g sugar snap peas topped and tailed

  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce

  • 0.5 cup mirin

  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds


  • 1.

    Blanch the sugar snap peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just tender. (They should be bright green).

  • 2.

    Drain and refresh under cold water.

  • 3.

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.

  • 4.

    Refrigerate before serving.
