For pork chops.


  • 75ml olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed

  • 2 shallots minced

  • 75ml fresh lime juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme leaves


  • 1.

    Mix together the ingredients. Cook the pork chops nearly all the way through, towards the last 5 mins of cooking, brush or spoon over the baste and finish cooking.
