This variation on the classic scotch egg is coated in salmon and breadcrumbs then fried until golden.
In a blender blitz the salmon with the other ingredients.
Put paste into a bowl and chill in a bowl of iced water for 10 minutes.
With your hands, mould the paste around the egg until evenly covered.
Dip the egg in the flour, then the egg wash then coat in sesame seeds
Fry in deep fat fryer for 1 minute.
