Apricots dipped in chocolate are fun finger food for kids or parties.


  • Bag of dried apricots

  • Large bar of milk chocolate

  • A few sprigs of fresh mint

  • Cocktail sticks


  • 1.

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.

  • 2.

    Insert a small piece of chopped mint into each apricot.

  • 3.

    Put a cocktail stick through each apricot and carefully dip into the melted chocolate.

  • 4.

    Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and cool until chocolate is set.
