• 250g smoked salmon slices

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 50 g rocket or watercress

  • 1 tbsp Campari

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • freshly ground black pepper


  • 1.

    Arrange the smoked salmon, orange slices and watercress or rocket on side plates.

  • 2.

    Whisk the dressing ingredients together with plenty of ground black pepper and drizzle over just before serving.
