Try this recipe for a simple and easy variation on the classic pigs in a blanket canapé.


  • 12 rashers streaky bacon

  • 2 satsuma’s, broken into segments

  • 12 bay leaves

  • 12 chipolata sausages


  • 1.

    Roll up streaky bacon rashers and skewer onto a cocktail sticks with satsuma segments, bay leaves and a chipolata sausage.

  • 2.

    Roast alongside the turkey or roast potatoes for 20 minutes.
