Place each rasher of bacon on a chopping board and using the back of a knife stretch it out a little.
Sprinkle a little brown sugar over the middle of each one.
Cut each rasher of bacon in half and wind around a piece of fruit.
Bake along side the turkey or roast potatoes for 10 minutes.
