Make these fiery nibbles for guests at a party. Do have plenty of cold beer on hand, though!


  • 100g cashew nuts

  • 100g macadamia nuts

  • 1 tbsp Thai curry paste

  • ½ bunch mint, chopped

  • Salt and pepper, to season


  • 1.

    Put the nuts on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown.

  • 2.

    Cook the Thai curry paste out in a frying pan for approximately 1 minute. Put the nuts in with the paste and chopped mint, toss through season and serve.
