Slices of spiced barbeque duck is simply served with coriander, tomatoes and snow peas rolled in Lebanese bread.


  • 0.5 chinese Duck boned

  • 4 Roti or lebanese bread

  • 0.5 cup coriander leaf

  • 300 g bean sprouts

  • 300 g snow pea shoots shoots or 1 large bunch

  • 4 shallots cut on the angle

  • 3 ripe Tomatoes seeded and sliced into strips

  • Hoisin sauce + Plum sauce & sweet ketchup mixed together

  • Salt & Pepper


  • 1.

    Finely slice duck and place on hot plate to heat through.

  • 2.

    Place roti bread on grill for 3-4 minutes.

  • 3.

    Brush bread with hoisin sauce mix.

  • 4.

    Place bean sprouts, snow pea shoots, shallots, coriander, duck and tomato on bread.

  • 5.

    Roll very tightly away from yourself and cut in half.
