Slices of spiced barbeque duck is simply served with coriander, tomatoes and snow peas rolled in Lebanese bread.
Finely slice duck and place on hot plate to heat through.
Place roti bread on grill for 3-4 minutes.
Brush bread with hoisin sauce mix.
Place bean sprouts, snow pea shoots, shallots, coriander, duck and tomato on bread.
Roll very tightly away from yourself and cut in half.
