Eye opener cocktail


  • 2 dashes Absinthe

  • 2 dashes orange Curacao

  • 2 dashes crème de Nayau or Amaretto

  • 30ml rum

  • 1-teaspoon castor sugar

  • 1 free-range egg yolk


  • 1.

    Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.

  • 2.

    Strain into a cocktail glass.
