• 140g/5oz packet Bresaola

  • 1 packet prepared rocket

  • 100g/4oz Parmesan shaved

  • 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Maldon sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • 1.

    Lay the Bresaola carefully on a large serving plate. Scatter over the rocket and then the Parmesan. Drizzle over the olive oil then sprinkle over a little Maldon sea salt and finally finish with a good twist of black pepper.
