Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Line souffle dishes with melted butter and caster sugar.
Mix together plain flour, hazelnut meal and icing sugar.
Add chocolate, butter and honey and mix well to combine.
Whisk egg whites until stiff.
Gently fold through one third of egg whites first, then add the rest and fold until combined.
Spoon into prepared dishes.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve immediately.
