• Shelled oyster drained and strained

  • 6 rashers of smoked bacon

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp of brown sauce

  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce

  • 1 tsp of brown sugar

  • Splash of Tabasco

  • Squeeze lemon juice


  • 1.

    Roll bacon round oyster and secure with a cocktail stick.

  • 2.

    Roast at 180c for 10 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
