Chocolate mixed with spiced wine is served in pots and topped off with a crunchy toasted cinnamon crumble in this luscious dessert recipe.
Take the wine and all the spices including the orange zest and place in a saucepan. Bring to the simmer for two minutes and allow the spices to infuse.
Now strain the mulled wine onto the chocolate and whisk well until smooth.
Pour into shot glasses, ramekins or wine glasses. Chill.
To make the cinnamon crust:
Rub the three ingredients together until they resemble large breadcrumbs.
Place on to a baking tray and bake at 175c until golden. Cool and place two teaspoons of crust on to each chocolate pot and serve.
