Seared Cuttlefish with Cucumber, Tomato, Roast Peppers and Chilli Oil

Ingredients

  • Chilli Oil

  • 4 Red chilli's deseeded and chopped

  • 0.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 Cloves Garlic crushed

  • 2 Lemon Juice only

  • Salad

  • 1 continental cucumber peeled

  • 1 red capsicum roasted

  • 1 yellow capsicum roasted

  • 1 cup coriander leaf

  • 3 vine ripened Tomatoes

  • 1 Red Onion finely sliced

  • Chilli Oil

  • 150 g Peanuts roasted

  • 3 Juice Limes only

  • 3 Limes halved

  • Cuttlefish

  • 600 g cuttlefish

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Method

    Best prepared in advance, let infuse for several hours or even overnight.
