Preheat the oven 240 c
Simmer Verjuice with sugar and reduce.
Slice the quince and place in a roasting tray, spoon some of the hot syrup over the quinces and bake in a hot oven for about ½ hour.
Turn them frequently and reduce the oven temp and continue to roast until quinces are red and soft.
To serve, arrange the sliced quinces on a plate, add some of the reduced liquid and garnish with clotted cream.
