Make this creamy, fruity shake for breakfast or when the days get long and warm.


  • 6 ripe pears, peeled cored and diced

  • 1tbsp lemon juice

  • 1tbsp honey

  • 2 tubs yoghurt

  • 6 ice cubes

  • Elderflower syrup


  • 1.

    Mix the pear with the lemon juice. Put half into a blender along with the honey and yoghurt and blend until smooth.

  • 2.

    Add 6 ice cubes and elderflower syrup and blend until ice is completely crushed. Add the rest of the pears and serve.
