An easy and tasty lamb burger flavoured with cumin, chilli, cumin and coriander served with a refreshing mint yoghurt dressing.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and form into medium sized burgers.
Pan-fry with some olive oil for approx. 3 minutes each side or until golden brown. The burger is served pink but you can cook it longer if you prefer.
Combine the yoghurt and mint sauce and set aside. Serve with pitta bread and a spoonful of the mint yoghurt.
