Linda and Zanna from Tony Starr's Kitten Club, will create The Hot Mamba which is inspired by their delicious Lemongrass and Palm Sugar Panna Cotta with Chilli Toffee desert.
The Cointreauversial Cocktail competition challenged Melbourne bartenders, to design a new and innovative cocktail as part of the Food and Wine Festival and this is what Linda and Zanna came up with!


  • 4 cm chopped Lemongrass mashed

  • Cointreau

  • 20 ml vanilla liqueur licor 43

  • 45 ml 42 Below vodka manuka honey infused with chilli

  • 15 ml Coconut cream

  • 15 ml fresh Cream


  • 1.

    Add all ingredients and ice to shaker and …..shake!

  • 2.

    Strain into chilled martini glass and garish with chilli.
