  • 750g/1lb 10½oz Antony's mainstay beef mince*

  • 450g/1lb shop-bought spaghetti

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • parmesan cheese, freshly grated


  • 1.

    Gently heat the mince in a large pan.

  • 2.

    Place the spaghetti into a large saucepan of salted boiling water and cook according to the manufacturers' instructions.

  • 3.

    Drain the pasta, toss with the olive oil, tip into a large serving bowl and top with the bolognese sauce. Serve with grated parmesan on the side.
