Whip up these easy mini dessert cheesecakes in less than 10 minutes!


  • 150g digestive biscuits

  • 250g cream cheese, soften

  • 100g dark melting chocolate

  • 2 tbs icing sugar

  • 1/2 punnet strawberries, sliced


  • 1.

    Start by melting the chocolate over a hot water bath.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile mix the cream cheese with icing sugar.

  • 3.

    Assemble the cakes by topping each digestive biscuit with a layer of the sweetened cream cheese, then some sliced strawberries, and finally some of the melted chocolate.
