• Chicken

  • Celery

  • Carrot

  • Thyme

  • Bay leaf

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • White wine

  • Chicken stock

  • Corn flour


  • 1.

    Roast the chicken with the celery, carrot, bay leaf, thyme, garlic and onion arranged around it in the baking tray.

  • 2.

    When the chicken is finished, take the juices and add a little white wine and chicken stock.

  • 3.

    Use corn flour to thicken it up. Strain into a jug before serving.
