Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper and remove the stalk.
In a bowl stir together the garlic, white wine and cream cheese and spread evenly over the cap of the mushrooms.
Season with black pepper
Wrap each mushroom in a sheet of baking paper, folding the paper over at the edges to form a seal, place onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven 200oC / Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the paper and serve immediately.
