An asian twist on the classic oyster.
Although very easy to prepare, your guests will be impressed by the delicate flavours.


  • Oysters

  • 24 freshly shucked Oysters

  • Soy and Mirin Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce

  • 0.25 cup mirin


  • Oysters:

  • 1.

    Arrange oysters on a platter.

  • 2.

    Serve with a teaspoon of soy and mirin dressing and sea salt to taste.

  • Soy and Mirin Dressing:

  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
