Even busy people can find time to make this delicious low-fat protein-rich smoothie. Try it for breakfast.


  • 175g silken tofu, drained

  • 100ml oat milk

  • 100g blueberries

  • 100g strawberries

  • Small handful of toasted oats

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Cracked ice, to serve


  • 1.

    Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser and whiz until smooth.

  • 2.

    Pour into an ice-filled glass and serve.
