Stressed out or having problems sleeping? This aromatic, soothing drink contains the sedative effects of almonds and lavender with sweet honey.


  • 225g ground almonds

  • 1.2 litre milk

  • 2 tblsp white sugar

  • 50g lavender flowers

    Place all the ingredients into a pan and gently bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat. Leave to cool slightly, until warm, strain and pour into a big mug.
