Tasty, juicy tomatoes and fresh basil are the key to this fresh and flavoursome Italian salad.


  • 2 mozzarella balls

  • 4 ripe, juicy tomatoes

  • Handful of fresh basil, chopped

  • 6-7 tbsp Italian extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • 1.

    Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into thick slices. Mix with the basil and approximately 6 to 7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and arrange on a shallow plate or bowl. Serve with ciabatta.
