  • 100ml / 3 ½ fl oz beer

  • 50ml / 2 fl oz double cream

  • 300g / 10 ½ oz cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp English Mustard

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  • Salt and pepper

  • Toasted Slices of baguette cut on the angle


  • 1.

    Reduce the beer and the cream by ¾.  Add the grated cheese and stir until all the cheese has melted.  Add the Worcester sauce, mustard, cayenne and seasoning.  Spoon onto the toasted Baguette and grill until golden brown.
