Heat a little olive oil in a wok until very hot.
Add the garlic and chilli and stir fry 1 minute.
Add the pippies with a splash of water and place a tight fitting lid over the wok.
Cook until the pippies open.
Add the palm sugar, soy, herbs and shallots and stir fry a further minute or 2.
Finish by adding your choice of pasta or noodles and stirring through.
